Your unforgettable afternoon starts from the centre of  Helsinki, where a bus will take you to the very heart of the Nuuksio wilderness area in Espoo.

After a short walk to the shore of Lake Pitkäjärvi you'll learn about the Finnish church boat tradition and row across the lake in unique long rowboats. The programme continues with a two kilometre ramble in the national park with a guide to help you get acquainted with the local flora and fauna.

Campfire cuisine for a genuine taste of Finland
You’ll meet up with your fellow ramblers and rowers at the log-built Safarihouse. Here you’ll have a chance to satisfy your appetite in the finest Finnish tradition. Lunch prepared over a campfire will include an authentic menu of game soup, flamed salmon and traditional pastries and desserts. Enjoy it where you like – outdoors on reindeer skins, in a Lappish tepee, on the log house terrace or indoors.

Book in advance and dress for the occasion!
Noux Adventure on Tuesday 8 May or Wednesday 9 May. Just choose the day. Please book in advance. We recommend that you wear clothes suitable for outdoor activity as well as comfortable walking or jogging shoes. Suunto will equip you with heart rate monitor to take home with you.
