The Festival is open for all companies. It raises team and community spirit at work places and motivates to start and continue fitness activities. The event presents new ways to develop worksite fitness program by bringing new methods and tools.

Festival offers a possibility to try out over sixty different sport activities under the guidance of professional supervisors. In this wide selection, there are several activities for beginners and active athletes from sailing, dance basics to scuba-diving and body&mind classes!

The event takes place at different parts of Espoo: Esport Arena, Esport Center, Länsi-Auto Areena, Tapiola sport hall, Tapiola swimming hall and Nuottaniemi. Festival is ended by an evening party in Dipoli, Espoo, at 7 p. m. Seitsemän Seinähullua Veljestä perform in the event.
