    The Nuuksio National Park
 
A breathtaking mosaic of rocks and canyons, forest ponds, spruces and thickets, the Nuuksio National Park comprises the western part of the Nuuksio lake upland, which is the largest and most important woodland area in the capital region.
 
    The Sea and Archipelago
 
There are 58 kilometres of shoreline and 165 islands in Espoo.
In summertime, many islands can be reached by public waterbus.
 
    Other Nature Sights
 
There are a number of beatiful nature reserves in Espoo. They can be explored by foot on specific trails.
